A conversa conduzida pelos professores Carlos d&#8217;Andr\u00e9a (PPGCOM\/UFMG) e Andr\u00e9 Mintz (EBA\/UFMG) ser\u00e1 no dia 1\u00ba de julho, \u00e0s 14 horas no canal do R-EST no YouTube.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Professor associado de novas m\u00eddias e cultura digital da Universidade de Amsterd\u00e3, na Holanda, Rieder pesquisa os aspectos te\u00f3ricos, hist\u00f3ricos e pol\u00edticos do software e tamb\u00e9m desenvolve importantes ferramentas de coleta e an\u00e1lise de dados de plataformas online, como o DMI-TCAT (Twitter) e Netvizz (desativado ap\u00f3s restri\u00e7\u00f5es do Facebook).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ancorado em autores como Gilbert Simondon, em seu novo livro o pesquisador aporta uma consistente contribui\u00e7\u00e3o ao campo dos estudos de algoritmos ao consolidar sua longa investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a constitui\u00e7\u00e3o cultural, hist\u00f3rica e pol\u00edtica do que prop\u00f5e denominar &#8216;t\u00e9cnicas algor\u00edtmicas&#8217;.
